The sunny 35 sqm Boardinghouse Hohenzollern is located just 200 meters from the Hohenzollerndamm S-Bahn station, an ideal location on the Ringbahn, especially for exploring the western part of the city or visiting the trade fair. The radio tower and ICC are within sight. In the immediate vicinity you will find a small supermarket, a pizzeria and a newspaper kiosk. There is a delicious snack and late-night shopping at the S-Bahn station. The city highway is also close, but it is not noisy and the apartment has triple glazing.
You live in a Berlin apartment building among Berliners. At the Boardinghouse Hohenzollern you will feel at home and experience the flair of this special city up close.
Enjoy amenities that are not common in Berlin's city center, such as relaxed parking. You can park for free in the yard (limited capacity, there is no parking management outside). The apartment has air conditioning, a sunny balcony overlooking a green courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.
The Boardinghouse Hohenzollern is also ideal for longer stays. There is a washing machine, a laser printer (can be used free of charge) and fast internet.
